Meet Donna
After obtaining a Masters in Counseling Psychology and Social Work at Washington University in Saint Louis, Donna spent most of her early adult life at work, working for 22 years in the human resource/organizational development arena. She was very successful in the corporate world, representing a firm that taught management skills, team building, problem solving, decision making and quality improvement. When the consulting firm she managed in North America was merged she opted out which at last allowed her to be home with her children and joined her husband Lee in the jewelry business.
Donna's style has been an evolution throughout her adult life. After she ditched her corporate suit, it was a struggle to find the right mix of professional dress and comfort. Lucky for her, daughters Karly and Jen were there to help! Now Donna considers her style conservative trendy and loves Weston Wear and Biya offered at Peachy Keen.
Meet Jen
Growing up in the family business, Jen has always had entrepreneurial aspirations. After graduating from NC State University in 2011 with a Communications and Journalism degree, she has taken the lead on all of Peachy Keen's social media, public relations, and marketing efforts as its Director of Communications.
Jen loves the vintage touches within Peachy Keen that give off that unique, one-of-a-kind shopping experience. Her style icon is a mix between Tory Burch and Donna Karen as she can often be seen in bold colors and statement jewelry.
Meet Laura
Laura Traud started working at Peachy Keen as an intern in early 2014, while she was still in school at NC State University. In December 2014, she graduated with a B.S. in Fashion & Textile Management with a concentration in Brand Management & Marketing.
Starting January 2015, Laura began serving as our Customer Service Specialist for both Peachy Keen and Joint Venture Jewelry! Laura loves working with clients, keeping our social media accounts up-to-date, helping out with the new class of interns, and other varied tasks.
Since starting at Peachy Keen, Laura has enjoyed exploring her personal style. She loves the fashions of Cynthia Rowley, and has recently fallen for brands like 4 Love & Liberty and Jack. Laura’s always happy to help customers, whether behind the jewelry cases, or out among the clothing racks.
Meet Kaitie
Kaitie Paredes started with working with us as a Spring intern in 2013, and continues her love affair with fashion as a part time employee at Peachy Keen. Kaitie works closely with Karly, helping to manage our inventory. If you're looking for something specific, we're sure she can help you find it!
Kaitie is studying Fashion and Textiles Management with a concentration in Brand Management and Marketing at NC State University.
She hopes to own her own boutique one day but in the meantime wants to work in marketing for a textile company. Her style icons are a mix of Jackie Kennedy and Princess Diana for their timeless style.
